Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fragments Studio ("Fragments Studio", "we", "us") handles information in connection with this website (fragmentsstudio.net) and our internal publishing tool, Fragments Studio Publisher.
Fragments Studio Publisher is a single-account internal tool that we use to upload and publish our own content to our own official accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, through those platforms' official APIs. It is not a third-party service, a marketing service, or a multi-tenant platform, and it is not offered to or used by anyone other than Fragments Studio.
1. Information we collect
Website visitors
This website is a static informational page. We do not use advertising, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider may process standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) for security and reliability, as is typical for any website.
Platform data accessed through Fragments Studio Publisher
When Fragments Studio authorizes Fragments Studio Publisher to access its own social accounts via OAuth, the relevant platform may provide us with the following information about our own account:
- Account identifiers (for example, a platform user ID such as TikTok
open_id); - Basic profile information — display name and avatar;
- Basic account statistics — such as follower counts and aggregate post metrics;
- Our published content — the list of videos we have posted and their performance data.
This data relates exclusively to Fragments Studio's own accounts. Fragments Studio Publisher does not collect, request, or process personal data belonging to other users, followers, or website visitors.
2. How we use information
Information accessed through the platform APIs is used solely to:
- upload, schedule, and publish Fragments Studio's own videos to our own official accounts;
- manage and review those posts; and
- monitor the performance of our own content.
We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making about individuals, or any purpose unrelated to publishing our own content. We never sell personal data.
3. OAuth access tokens
To call the platform APIs on behalf of our own account, we store the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued to us by each platform. These tokens are stored encrypted, kept on restricted-access systems, and used only to perform authorized publishing actions on Fragments Studio's own accounts. Tokens are refreshed in accordance with each platform's token lifecycle and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the application from the relevant platform's account settings.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data is exchanged only with the official platform APIs that are strictly necessary to operate the service:
- TikTok — see the TikTok Privacy Policy;
- Meta / Instagram — see the Instagram Privacy Policy;
- Google / YouTube — see the Google Privacy Policy.
Our use of information received from these APIs adheres to each platform's developer terms and policies, including, where applicable, the Google API Services User Data Policy and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
5. Data retention and deletion
OAuth tokens are retained only while the integration is active and are deleted when the application is disconnected or access is revoked. Limited content metadata (such as the records of what we published and when) is retained as needed to operate and review our own publishing activity. You may contact us to request information about, or deletion of, data held in connection with this tool.
6. Security
We protect access tokens and related data using encryption at rest and access controls limited to the single authorized operator of the tool. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited, single-account nature of this tool.
7. AI-generated content
Fragments Studio produces AI-generated content. Every video we publish is labeled as AI-generated using each platform's synthetic-content disclosure mechanism, in accordance with their policies. This relates to the content we publish and does not involve processing personal data of third parties.
8. Children's privacy
This website and tool are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
