Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fragments Originals ("Fragments Originals", "we", "us") handles information in connection with this website (fragmentsstudio.net) and our publishing platform, Fragments Originals Publisher.
Fragments Originals Publisher is a publishing platform that AI-anime studios ("clients") authorize, via OAuth, to publish and manage content on the client's own official accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, through those platforms' official APIs. Our current client is Fragments Studio, our in-house animation brand; the service is open to additional studios. We act on behalf of each client, with their consent, and only with respect to the accounts they connect.
1. Information we collect
Website visitors
This website is a static informational page. We do not use advertising, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider may process standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) for security and reliability, as is typical for any website.
Platform data accessed through Fragments Originals Publisher
When a client studio authorizes Fragments Originals Publisher to access its own social accounts via OAuth, the relevant platform may provide us with the following information about that client's account:
- Account identifiers (for example, a platform user ID such as TikTok
open_id); - Basic profile information — display name and avatar;
- Basic account statistics — such as follower counts and aggregate post metrics;
- The client's published content — the list of videos published through the platform and their performance data.
This data relates to the accounts our clients authorize, and is processed solely to provide the publishing service to that client. Fragments Originals Publisher does not collect, request, or process personal data belonging to other users, followers, or website visitors.
2. How we use information
Information accessed through the platform APIs is used solely to:
- upload, schedule, and publish a client's videos to the client's own official accounts;
- manage and review those posts on the client's behalf; and
- report to the client the performance of their own content.
We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making about individuals, or any purpose unrelated to providing the publishing service. We never sell personal data.
3. OAuth access tokens
To call the platform APIs on behalf of a client's account, we store the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued for that account. These tokens are stored encrypted, kept on restricted-access systems, and used only to perform the publishing actions the client has authorized on their own accounts. Tokens are refreshed in accordance with each platform's token lifecycle and can be revoked at any time by the client disconnecting the application from the relevant platform's account settings.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data is exchanged only with the official platform APIs that are strictly necessary to operate the service:
- TikTok — see the TikTok Privacy Policy;
- Meta / Instagram — see the Instagram Privacy Policy;
- Google / YouTube — see the Google Privacy Policy.
Our use of information received from these APIs adheres to each platform's developer terms and policies, including, where applicable, the Google API Services User Data Policy and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
5. Data retention and deletion
OAuth tokens are retained only while a client's integration is active and are deleted when the client disconnects the application, revokes access, or offboards from the service. Limited content metadata (such as the records of what was published and when) is retained as needed to operate and review publishing activity on the client's behalf. A client may contact us to request information about, or deletion of, data held in connection with their use of the service.
6. Security
We protect access tokens and related data using encryption at rest and access controls limited to authorized operators of the service. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the service.
7. AI-generated content
The content published through Fragments Originals is AI-generated. Every video is labeled as AI-generated using each platform's synthetic-content disclosure mechanism, in accordance with their policies. This relates to the content we publish on behalf of clients and does not involve processing personal data of third parties.
8. Children's privacy
This website and service are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
