These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website fragmentsstudio.net and describe the nature of the Fragments Studio Publisher tool operated by Fragments Studio ("Fragments Studio", "we", "us"). By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the service

Fragments Studio is an AI-driven creative studio that produces short-form, anime-style video content and visual stories for social platforms. Fragments Studio Publisher is our internal tool, used solely by Fragments Studio to upload, schedule, publish, and manage our own content on our own official accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube through those platforms' official APIs.

Fragments Studio Publisher is a single-account internal tool. It is not made available to third parties, does not provide a service to other users, and is not a marketing, reseller, or multi-tenant publishing platform.

2. Intellectual property

The Fragments Studio name, logo, website, and the content we produce and publish are the property of Fragments Studio or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or content without our prior written permission.

3. Platform authorization and compliance

Fragments Studio Publisher connects to third-party platforms using OAuth authorization granted by Fragments Studio for its own accounts. It requests only the permissions necessary to publish and manage our own content. Our use of each platform's API complies with that platform's terms, developer policies, and community guidelines, including those of TikTok, Meta / Instagram, and Google / YouTube. Access can be revoked at any time through the relevant platform's account settings.

4. AI-generated content

The content published by Fragments Studio is AI-generated. We disclose this using each platform's synthetic-content labeling mechanism, in accordance with their policies. Fragments Studio is responsible for the content it publishes through its own accounts.

5. Acceptable use of this website

This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access it in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Third-party services

This website and tool interact with third-party platforms (TikTok, Meta / Instagram, Google / YouTube). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, which are independent of these Terms. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fragments Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
