These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website fragmentsstudio.net and the Fragments Originals Publisher service operated by Fragments Originals ("Fragments Originals", "we", "us"). By accessing this website or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the service

Fragments Originals is a publishing service for AI-anime production studios. Fragments Originals Publisher is our platform, used to upload, schedule, publish, and manage a client studio's content on the client's own official accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube through those platforms' official APIs.

Our current client is Fragments Studio, our in-house animation brand. The service is open to additional AI-anime studios who connect their own accounts. We act on behalf of each client, with their authorization, and only with respect to the accounts and actions they permit.

2. Client responsibilities

Each client studio:

• retains full ownership of its content and its social accounts;
• is responsible for holding all necessary rights to the content it asks us to publish, and for the content's legality;
• authorizes publishing to its own accounts via OAuth, and may revoke that authorization at any time through the relevant platform's settings;
• is responsible for compliance with each platform's terms, policies, and community guidelines for content published to its accounts; and
• acknowledges that content we publish is AI-generated and is labeled as such using each platform's synthetic-content disclosure mechanism.

3. Intellectual property

The Fragments Originals name, logo, and website are the property of Fragments Originals or its licensors. Content published through the service remains the property of the respective client studio. You may not use our name, logo, or website without our prior written permission.

4. Platform authorization and compliance

Fragments Originals Publisher connects to third-party platforms using OAuth authorization granted by each client for the client's own accounts. It requests only the permissions necessary to publish and manage that client's content. Our use of each platform's API complies with that platform's terms, developer policies, and community guidelines, including those of TikTok, Meta / Instagram, and Google / YouTube. Authorization can be revoked at any time through the relevant platform's account settings.

5. AI-generated content

The content published through Fragments Originals is AI-generated. We disclose this using each platform's synthetic-content labeling mechanism, in accordance with their policies. Each client is responsible for the content it authorizes us to publish to its own accounts.

6. Acceptable use of this website

This website is provided for informational and onboarding purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access it in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Third-party services

This website and service interact with third-party platforms (TikTok, Meta / Instagram, Google / YouTube). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, which are independent of these Terms. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fragments Originals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply.
